Emulsi-D3 Synergy™ is a concentrated, highly bioavailable liquid vitamin D formulation offering 1,000 IU per 0.5 ml with 125 mcg of vitamin K1 and 25 mcg of vitamin K2. This is a convenient, pleasant-tasting and easily mixed formula.
Both vitamin D and K are essential for optimal bone and arterial health and for maintaining proper immune balance.
Vitamin D is essential for the normal functioning of many important systems in the body and is needed to support a healthy immune system and long-term bone health. Many do not get sufficient vitamin D3 in their diet, and the synthetic vitamin D2 that is added to dairy products is not typically well-absorbed or included in sufficient amounts. Vitamin D3 occurs naturally in fatty fish, fish oil (especially cod liver oil), egg yolks, and beef liver. Optimal Vitamin D contains cholecalciferol derived from cholesterol in sheep’s wool, making it suitable for vegetarians.
The amount of vitamin D3 that an individual needs varies due to a variety of factors. Some factors that contribute to vitamin D deficiency include spending most of the day indoors, using sunscreen, less sunny climates, or darker skin tone (melanin blocks UVB rays, which produce vitamin D in the skin).

How to Take
Take 0.5 ml (1/2 dropper) per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Emulsi-D3 Synergy™ can be dropped into any beverage or simply on the tongue. The convenient dropper makes dosing very simple and accurate, offering a broad range of dosages and titration possibilities.
This product may be taken with or without food due to the fatty olive and MCT oil base. If you are in good health and get some sun exposure, consider the pulsing method and take just a few drops per week or as seasonally indicated (more time in the sun, less need for a supplement; less time in the sun, more need).
