Shipping and Returns
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. We will do everything in our power to ensure speedy delivery.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, including unit or condo number. In the unfortunate event the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address we have for you, you will be invoiced and must pay the additional shipping charge required for us to re-ship your order to you.
We ship orders with either DHL, Purolator or UPS. You will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number associated with your order. Once the item is shipped you will be able to track its progress step by step on the way to your door.

Our goal at Emedica.ca is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale will not be accepted for returns. Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s).
If you would like to make a return request, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us. Give us your name, order number, and the product that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
